Richard and his crew were exceptional in our recent move from our Vancouver home. This was a complicated move. They needed to load half our household goods and move them to our new house on the gulf islands. This included getting their truck on and off a small barge, then hauling all our furniture and goods down a steep hill to the new house. These guys worked their butts off. I had to get them to stop and slow down to drink water. They smiled the whole time and were just delightful to work with. The took very good care of our possessions, using shrink wrap to protect the furniture and large plants. Everything was handled very professionally with no damages, not even a mark on the walls. They were very attentive to where things were to go, and made sure we were happy with placement of goods. They even carried down some lumbar for us.
A week later, we were back with them moving the second half of our goods to a one-floor walk up apartment in Vancouver. Again, they worked carefully, energetically and very professionally. We were delighted with their services. Definitely the best movers we've ever had. Richard is very helpful with the planning and taking the stress out of moving days. He really goes the extra mile and makes sure the customer is satisfied. Great job!
