After waiting several weeks for our regular technician, I decided to check Homestars. Upon reading the reviews for AirHeatingPlus and Renato, I decided to call. I explained to Renato that we were told our unit likely needed a new fan motor. Since it was Saturday, Renato suggested that we wouldn't be able to locate a motor until Monday and we left it at that. To my surprise Renato called me back within an hour to say he would come over and look at the unit. He also brought a motor with him. It turned out that it wasn't the motor at all. It was a connection problem and another small part that Renato replaced. We are so thankful to have our AC up and running considering all the heat we are experiencing this week.
I wouldn't hesitate to call Renato again for service.
