This is my second time using Air Heating Plus, and I can't recommend them highly enough. EVERY time they come, they are on time. EVERY time. Incredibly respectful of my home. Always go above and beyond. In fact, when they were finishing installing the board, Renato heard how loudly my unit was rattling and he tried to make the rattle go away, generously spent 10-15 extra minutes on fixing something I hadn't even asked him to look at.
Unfortunately, his attempts to improve the rattle made it 10x louder, which I didn't hear until after he left. So I contacted the company and let them know what happened, and a few days later, Renato came back, and now the unit is quieter than it has ever been! These guys have really high standards, and they'll always be the first people I go to for my HVAC needs.
