Pesticon Pest Control

Hired them to deal with some unique looking black wasps living in the roof and around the skylights. Pesticon came out on time to assess the issue, they did little to actually identify the bugs, they went straight to spraying. That didn’t work so they came back out a second time and repeated the same treatment, again no effort to identify the bug, and again the treatment was only temporarily effective. I called the office and asked them to send someone who would go up on the roof to spray and check for a nest, they said they don’t go up on the roof. I then called a local company who identified the bug at no charge, treated the area once by going up on the roof and finding the source of the issue...Problem solved, by someone else.
