The interaction from point of contact was very positive, and the appointment was set up very quickly, (within 24 hours). Bashir told me everything he had to do as he worked on putting in the one-way door. There was a baby too, and he had to cut through the floor of the shed to get it out to prevent the mother from coming looking for it and likely damaging the shed in the process of finding her baby.
He was very efficient, very nice to work with and was kind enough to help empty the shed and then put the contents back before he left.
