I came home from work one day and saw a fairly large birds next being built up near the top of my roof inside the eves trough. I did nothing that night - but by the very next night, the birds nest grew to approximately 6 or 7 times the size of the first night.
Using homestars, I located several companies to contact to obtain quotes. Pesticon was very courteous with me on the phone, and in addition was able to come the same day, so I went with them. They were able to show up earlier than committed to (I requested them to come ASAP) and did a great job. The nest has not been rebuilt.
