I actually waited a bit over a year to add this review because I wanted to make sure the job was done right. And of course it was!
When I called the company I was pretty embarrassed by a mice infestation. I tried so many things before calling and I was seriously considering moving out.

Waheed was very understanding; not judgmental at all. He came on time when agreed upon and almost immediately from the time I called. I think it was about the next day. He was very professional, gave me tips, provided with clear instructions and cover any small holes he found.

I never had to move out and I am still very happy at my home rodent-free! The treatment was supposed to last 1 year and it's been 1.5 yrs already. I'm definitely calling them again before another unwelcome visits happen (I have it in my TODO list). I definitely feel confident with their work after it has lasted for such a long time. They do not offer a quick fix but rather long term. I appreciate that.
