When I discovered I had mice in house I called these guys in based on their lower prices and good reviews here. The good news is that I think the mice are gone now (we had them in 2 months ago).
The 6 month guarantee is nice but I learned later that many companies offer a one year guarantee.
I think it may depend on who you get from this company - the technician we got was a really nice and friendly guy, but I expected more in terms of knowledge and work performed.
