Mr. Ahmed reminded me what good old fashion service was like. He was punctual, educational, and courteous.
He came with hours of my first call, all the way from across the city because I told him how frightened my wife was.
Once at the house he educated us on what he found and what the bait would do to the rodents. At no time did I ever feel he rushed the job ( he came to the house at 9pm ).
After a couple weeks of monitoring the areas my wife noticed some droppings, I emailed Mr. Ahmed and explained to him the situation and within 24hrs he came to the house and told my wife what further steps he was going to take to assure her of the eradication of the mice.
