We purchased five appliances and I’m not an expert at appliances which I clearly communicated to the sales team. If you are similar to me then, when dealing with Appliance Canada I highly recommend:
1) Prior to purchasing any product get a site inspection of your kitchen to understand any implications during installation i.e. water supply for the fridge, air duct size 4,6,8, 10, gas installation, conversation of 220v to 110v, etc.
2) There is no after (post) sales support. If you have a problem with the product Appliance Canada is not responsible. You must deal directly with the manufacturer. The manufacturer hires a third partner service vendor.
I hope this helps
