Aviv Plumbing

I had an issue with my outdoor hose so I contacted Michael at Aviv Plumbing as I have been a customer for many years. This request was however very different. I asked that we try and change my outside hose tap without cutting a hole in my drywall or doing damage to my finished basement, so therefore the only way to access it was through a small hole that was used for a potlight. All other plumbers that I contacted told me it wasn't possible to do the job without cutting a hole in the drywall and either getting a carpenter in to fix it, or putting an access panel where the pot light is. I really didn't want to do that and I knew that Michael would give it his best shot and try working around the conditions I had without having to cut a hole. Michael ended up exceeding my expectations and getting the job done. He ended up putting in a new pipe and making the valve serviceable outside should we have any issues in the future that we need to access it. Thank you Michael for being so creative and being the only plumber around willing to think outside the box and go above and beyond for his customers. A True master of the craft.
