Sewer back up while out of the country
While in Mexico, friends (2 mid aged women) were living in my home in Toronto. The sewer backed up under the sub floor in my finished basement creating an almost unbearable stench. A neighbour called his plumbing company (AVIV Plumbing) and arranged for them to come to my home. I talked to Michael from AVIV via long distance. He was concise and I was very relieved that he did what he did until I could get home and take further action.
My house guests and neighbours couldn't have been more impressed with Michael from AVIV. It is very rewarding to know that being out of the country does not mean everything is lost.
