My contractor used this company to install a glass enclosure in 2005. The door no longer shuts properly because the silicone adhering the glass has worn. I have recently learned that the glass panel should have been secured using clamp or u-channel. So far they have indicated that they will not accept responsibility for the incorrect installation. When I expressed a safety concern I was told "If the glass does break it would shatter in small pieces so as not to cause injury." Glass shattering while someone is in the shower won't cause injury?!
