Prompt, punctual, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Estimate was free, and he was available to complete the repair within a reasonable time frame. Ralph fixed our maze of wiring and helped bring us up to code. Rusty breakers are now gone. Double-loaded outlets are a thing of the past. Inoperable receptacles are replaced and GFI-awesome. Not only am I now insurable, but I can also finally shave in the bathroom. Best of all, he came in below his estimate. Thanks, Ralph!

I am project manager for a development company and I needed an electrican really fast to complete the project, since the previous contractor had some financial problems. My assistant recommended me RLC who had used RLC in her home not too long ago.

RLC Electric did a superb job during my kitchen renovation.
Execution and timing was excellent; very thorough during installation and most of all QUALITY.
We had low voltage potlights, new receptacles and dimmers installed exactly where the kitchen blue print indicated.
Power for our kitchen appliances also needed to be relocated and Ralph tackled the task professionally considering the basement ceiling was finished.

I had a few annoying little electrical jobs around the house that I needed doing. Nothing major, just lots of little things - an outlet here, potlights there, etc.

I emailed Ralph direct from this site, and got a detailed response back within 24 hours. After a couple more clarifications and rough estimates for the work, Ralph offered to some out on Sunday to do the work. I might add this was only 5 days after his wife gave birth to their second child!!!

He arrived 5 minutes early (9am) with 2 of his team in tow. I showed him the things I needed doing and he offered his expertise and suggestions where he thought it needed. My house is quite old and a few of the jobs weren't straightforward.

His guys set straight on to the jobs and worked as quietly and as diligently as possible.

Some of the jobs turned out to be really tricky and Ralph was always on hand to explain why something wasn't simple and what my options were.

He and the guys worked pretty much non-stop until nearly 8:30 that Sunday evening!

The pricing was extremely fair for the work that they did - he was true to his original quotes.

He followed up with a courtesy call a couple of days later, to check everything is OK - which of course it was

I looked at reviews for electricians on Homestars and decided to give Ralph a call. He installed 5 potlights for us in 2 bathrooms. He was quick, offered great advice on where the lights should be installed, and how many for maximum effectiveness. He committed to a particular day, showed up that day, did the work in the estimated time and for exactly the quoted price. There was no mess and the job looks fabulous. Called several electricians for small project. They were either uninterested, available in six months or quoted astronomical prices. Got a referral to try RLC Electric. Within 24 hours Ralph was working on our basement. He is a pleasant, calm, hard-working gentleman. Did a great job, was very efficient and charged very reasonable rates.
