A small kitchen bathroom reno which required moving or blocking some old drain and water lines and installing or rerouting new ones. YPP came and gave both good advice and a fair quote. They showed up exactly when they said they would and did a quick and professional job for the quoted price. Passed city inspection and we are very pleased with the work. This is the 2nd job we've used YPP for and very satisfied both times. Will use them again if the need arises.

In 2004, YPP Mechanical completed a major retrofit to our radiant heating system. Because we were so pleased with the thoroughness of the work, the employees, and the atmosphere in our home during the project, we again hired this company for our current project.
Being a smaller project required just one person working, Nick. Nick was exceptional in thoroughness, looking for the best ways to complete the project; patiently providing answers to questions & explanations of the work; offering options; searching for solutions to the inevitable stumbling blocks arising from putting something new into an older home; listening well to us and our needs; and paying great attention to detail. All this was done with humour, friendliness, and consideration of us as he worked with, and around, us and our schedule. His work ethic and his standards show he cares about his work and his customers and we were pleased with the final cost.

Every aspect of the plumbing in our house has problems from simple things like installing sinks in the location desired on architectural drawings; failed to hook up water on fridge; installed master taps backwards so taps turn opposite ways; shower leaks when using tub nozzle; tankless water systems takes 10 minutes for hot water to come out; washer/dryer doors open opposite because he was too lazy to install properly; main water pipe burst outside due to faulty attachment; cracked tile in shower in installation... list goes on. Look elsewhere.
