Your Space Organizer

Brenda has a great talent in getting a person, or space, organized.  She has a way of helping a person make decisions about what needs to be kept and what needs to be discarded without it being overwhelming.  Brenda also makes sure she removes the "discarded" items promptly so one is not tempted to change their mind!
Whether it is purging old clothes from closets, cleaning and organzing a garage or cabana or helping to organize itunes you can count on Brenda to do a GREAT job!!!

Firstly, she understands a person's needs and habits so this can be used to help them be better organized.
A concrete example: I am a very visual tactile person, so if things are filed away I forget about them, so Brenda realizing this set up a system that allowed me to see what I was working on, what needed filing and what were future tasks.

Secondly, Brenda is a lot of fun to work with and is patient with her clients.

Thirdly, my business will undoubtedly increase as a result of Brenda's assistance.

Reorganization and Visual Improvements to Master Bedroom

As I live in downtown Toronto I am restricted to a smaller living space than my suburbanite friends.
My master bedroom which I had always hoped to be a sanctuary was fast becoming a drop zone for laundry, a storage area for bric a brac, and closets bursting with clothes and shoes.
Brenda was able to provide the focus which allowed me make decisions on what to remove from the room and what to keep. She was responsible for providing the room with some much needed polish
in order to give it that "sanctuary" feeling by adding a small pewter and crystal chandelier, beautiful chocolate brown slipper chair, and new duvet cover, and throw pillows.

Visual Improvements to Living Room

Brenda removed all of the wood overlay on the fireplace in our living room, repainted the original brick cream, antique painted the frame of the very large mirror over the fire place, removed the love seat and replaced it with two
beautiful slipper chairs. The result was a much more open and inviting room. The room looked so much brighter. The focus was taken off of the dark wooden fire place which was an eyesore.
Two leather storage cubes were purchased to provide additional storage for mittens, hats and scarves in the winter and the other to house photo albums, and also act as seating during cocktail parties.

Kitchen Renovations

In the Spring of 2007 we decided to embark on an extensive kitchen renovations which meant gutting the entire kitchen, removing a weight bearing wall to open the area between dining room and kitchen, and replacing the floor.
Brenda was responsible for selecting all finishes, hardware, and even designed in collaboration with our architect a storage area to house stemware and tumblers. I was pleased that Brenda understood my vision of what the kitchen should look like and was able to work with my husband who had a very different vision, to produce a more than satisfactory result.

I have a small pantry closet in my apartment that has made me crazy for 10 years. Brenda has turned it into a dream pantry in ONE DAY using great ideas and solutions that never would have ocurred to me. When she arrived at my home, she immediately took charge, emptied, cleaned, and sorted everything into sensible groupings. She found the best sliding baskets that work for my heavy cans and jars and make use of the full depth of my pantry.

When she was done, everything was in its' place; labled and ready to go! I have managed to keep it the way she left it with no trouble.

I will highly recommend Brenda to anyone who needs someone to sort through their "junk" and help make their lives more streamlined!

Brenda has a great eye for seeing where things should be to look their best! After a quick review of our family space, she suggested moving a large painting from the hallway to over the couch in the family area. A simple but very impactful improvement. Family and friends all noticed the painting and made comments on it for the first time, even though I've had it in the hall for over 3 years!

She also recommended blinds for our family area windows, picked them up for us and installed them. Great service!
