I would highly recommend this company.

We called him to ask if he is a ceramic tile installer and he said yes he is with 25 years of experience doing ceramic tile installation. We asked him if he does the installtion himself since we have been subcontracted to and did not want to subcontract again but deal directly with installers. Thomas, gave us all the promises in the world and even technical details that he did not understand he told us he did. His group showed up on site to do 9,000 sqf of tiling for us and that was when we realized he took the job from us and subcontracted it out again to the installers. It was too late for us to take back the contract but something we wish we had done. The did the tile install midway through the tiling we had to remove almost about 600sqf of tiles at a very expensive cost than the labour they were providing was worth. We supplied all the materials on site and all we needed was their labour, it was after the problem before his lead installer told me, this is his first big commercial job and he actually has only 3 years working experience as a tile installer. We had our contractor pissed off and in the end lost all future work with our contractor. Whenever you call him to complaign about an issue, he will either hangup or scream, yell and curse you for you even having problems with his work. Please run he is a demon in disguise

Hardwood flooring was purchased and installed by this company. Many promises were made but almost none were delivered. Constant supervision was needed to ensure that little details were being done as per specifications.
End result was a less than satisfactory job. The nosing on the stairs are poorly finished and yet the owner of the company suggests that it is just fine. Everyone who enters the house comments on the sloppy work .
Now, one of the slats has crack and after several calls with all sorts of excuses, it is still not fixed nor are the nosings.
I not would recommend this company inspite of all the fine details that they might state to get the job.
