Furnace No Heat Situation on a cold day and night
Recently in mid Jan on a very cold day we felt the house a bit cool and checked the thermostat to find it blank. One call to Woodbridge GTA Climatecare was all it took for what turned out to be a big job.
It was 8pm when I called and their technician George was at our house by 9pm to diagnose a serious problem with a flame roll out. He worked on it for almost 2 hours to get it working and ultimately felt it unsafe. They offered to provide electric heaters and we kept warm through the night. the next morning 2 technicians worked on the furnace to diagnose, and repair the furnace by 4pm. the entire heat exchange unit had to be replaced and this is not an easy job. Michael and Nicholas were professional and explained everything in detail and I know the entire team was involved with Theresa securing the parts and Peter keeping oversight on the project. This team goes out of their way to ensure you are satisfied and properly taken care off quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough about this team. They know their product and are true service professionals. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I do not say that about many service providers. They are a 10 out of 10.
