Great company to deal with. Had a small roof leak that they repaired quickly and for a more than fair price. Tech was quick and courteous. I had a busy week and they worked with my schedule and got the repair done at a time that worked great for me

The 20 year old roof on my home recently developed a leak at one of the plumbing vents. Despite calling Whonnock Roofing on a weekend, they made time to come out, assess, and fix the problem on the same day. This was well above and beyond any expectations I had, and really saved my home from damage. The work was done quickly, and best of all it was done right - no more leak!

Every person on the Whonnock Roofing staff who I interacted with was great. From the office staff to the service person, their team worked efficiently to help me solve the problem I was having. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

In addition to this repair, I have previously had Whonnock Roofing do a new roof installation, as have many of my neighbours - their work has always been top quality. If you're in the area that Whonnock Roofing serves, you can't go wrong using them for any of your roofing needs.

Whonnoch Roofing replaced our asphalt shingle roof in whole in February of 2023. Overall the job was excellent. A few highlights:

- A thorough written estimate was provided in less than one week. This included a site visit by an estimator who took the time to climb into the attic to review some moldy wood and address our questions.

- The crew lead Mike was courteous and hard working throughout the job which took about two and half days. In addition to the roof, He addressed a leak near our chimney and replaced some plywood sub-roof and some rotten fascia board. Mike was approachable and easy to talk to about the job.

- There was a small oversight in how much sub roof was to be replaced. It was brought to Abraham's attention, Whonnoch's Owner. Abraham went above and beyond to ensure the roofing issue was addressed properly and that we were completely satisfied.

- Abraham, Whonnoch's owner was very responsive and addressed all of our questions. Abraham was very committed to ensuring our satisfaction throughout the whole process.

After having 4 estimates for roof replacement with new gutters, we chose Whonnock. They came promptly to look at the roof and emailed us a
detailed estimate of cost involved almost immediately. Although we were told the job would be done in approximately 3 weeks, the job was done much sooner than that. Abraham was very accessible for any questions we had about the project. On the day that work was done, the large crew arrived on time, started the work promptly, and worked dilegently to complete the work within one day. The crew was friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed with their clean up at the end of the day and when they left it was as if they had never been here (except we had a new roof). We have already had several meighbours compliment the new look! We were very impressed with the sales and service from Whonnick roofing and do not hesitate to recommend them.

In the midst of the crazy snow/ice weather, we noticed a small leak through a pot light. We called Whonnock Roofing to request a quote and that's where the customer service excellence began. Within hours of leaving my name & number, I received a call from Abraham (co-owner). The next morning, Richard swung by to look at the roof and within hours we had a quote. As we had an active leak, they started the job three days later, arrived with a huge crew, and completed it by 4pm the following day.
