Jamie went above and beyond to help my brother restore water to his well, which is awesome! My brother had been without water for over a month and was relying on friends to complete everyday tasks such as laundry and bathing. My brother is a senior and has not worked for many years, so his lack of significant income was stopping him from hiring a plumbing company to service the pump in his well because he thought it was going to cost him thousands of dollars. When Ken decided to call Whitevale Plumbing he was astounded that Jamie and his employee stayed until 8pm and almost gave up hope and finally were able to prime the pump for a reasonable price of $800 for many hours of work.
