White Shark Window Cleaning

We have used White Shark for our window and eaves cleaning for years. But they are great for other odd jobs too! We have had them repair our eaves, repair a dryer vent - and this last time, the even hung our patio lights. Great job! Thanks guys.

Had our Windows and Eavestroughs cleaned by White Shark a couple days ago. First time using this company and very pleased. The team that attended our residence were friendly, and very professional from start to finish. Will be recommending these guys to all our family and friends.

Had a quote done for window cleaning only the outside portion of our windows and set an appointment based on that quote. When the rep from White Shark called to book the appointment, he didn't know about how I could pay, nor did he provide any information about work needed in advance of the cleaning (even when I specificially asked about internally mounted screens, I was told they could work around them).

When the team showed up to clean, we were asked to remove all screens (taking an hour out of a busy work day to do this unexpected work) so they could get started. They completed most of the windows (skipping two for some unknown reason), tidied up, and left. Two days after the work was done, we received the invoice and payment instructions. We were being billed an additional $50 because some of the windows were very dirty. They apparently had someone come out to look at the windows in advance of providing their quote, but didn't notice this?

Repeated attempts at communicating with the company to get the extra charge reversed (as no one mentioned it before work started or while on-site) have been unsuccessful. Would not recommend as there are many other companies. Now I'll be looking around at eavestroughs to make sure there isn't any damage (as other reviewers have mentioned).

This is the fourth time we have used White Shark for their painting services. They have painted both of our homes exteriors and an apartment for us. This time they painted an apartment and did an absolute amazing job. I was so impressed with the respect they had for me my home and the job that they did. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend this company enough! For someone looking to have the exterior of their house professionally painted, they do an excellent job. My son and daughter-in-law commissioned White Shark to clean their eaves troughs and were very happy with their work. They told me they also did exterior house painting and that I should give them a call. I had recently become a widow and my budget was limited. So it was last September 2019 that I gave them a call and was very happy when, out of the four painting company quotes I had received, theirs was the most reasonable. I pre-booked the job for the following spring of 2020.
With the arrival of COVID-19 in March 2020, I was concerned that the job would be delayed to later in the summer or possibly not at all. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the paint job took place only a few weeks later than what it had originally been booked for. The painters were very professional and did an excellent job. They brought to my attention some wood that was in poor condition and I had the option of having them repair and paint it. I agreed to this and was also grateful that they had noticed a hole in the roof. I was able to get this repaired by a pest-control company before the paint job was completed.
If there were any concerns I had with the work (there were few) they were taken care of to my satisfaction. Again, if you’re looking for a professional, first-rate, exterior paint job, White Shark is the company to call. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them do any work for me in the future. CM

We were very pleased with the service provided by Joel, Tony, Mark and team. We had an external paint job which also involved some tedious lattice fencing behind some bushes. They put in the extra effort for truly professional results. Also important is that they were friendly and courteous. Following this, we had our windows cleaned. A different team, but the same level of professionalism and excellent results. Ten stars all the way!

Saw my neighbour across the street use White Shark Windows and Eaves Cleaning. Was impressed with crew. Upon consultation with my wife, we called and spoke to Lydia who booked us in on same Friday.

Kim and fellow crew members were professional and truly spectacular as they even cleaned my screen door by removing the inner glass panel and replaced after cleaning without being asked. Definitely deserve more than a 10* rating!!!

My next door neighbours on both sides were so impressed that they will keep White Shark to have their windows and eaves cleaned in the near future.

We have a flat roof which collects rain water and leaf debris. The stuff was clogging our gutters, even though we installed screens over them. So we brought in White Shark to take care of the problem. The 2-man crew was spectacular! Not only did they take care of all the junk, they did a thorough clean-up of the yard and windows, too. They are great! I highly recommend them.

We had WhiteShark paint the outside of our house. It was a bit of a complicated project since we had a 'Tutor' front over our garage, and the wood was new. Joel and his crew were very hard workers, professional and neat, and very friendly and approachable. They came on the day promised and finished in a timely manner. There were some screws that were not flush with the wood, and Joel and the team fixed that as well (Joel even went to get some shorter screws!). When we found some possible stains on the white paint a couple of weeks later, Joel came back and fixed them up. It was a pleasure to work with this team.

We have been using White Shark for several years now. We have always been very satisfied. This was our first year to hire them for some external painting, but would definitely do so again!
