Bought the Duet Sport washer and dryer...front load. Both are JUNK! The control module was replaced once and the second crapped out as well. Now the washer sits unuseable. Now the door on the dryer won't stay closed! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. They do not back up their purported "quality product." Of course both uits are now outside warranty...I might get 20 bucks for scrap for the pair. Never again will I buy anything from this company...would even use anything for free from them. TRhe cost to repair both units? I won't even go there...and neither will Whirlpool! Useless customer support! Thhis is the result of farming out parts and labour overseas and slamming your name on the front!
