I want to share that whirlpool has refused to replace my brand new hardwood floor due to damages incurred from a part that they knew was faulty! We were big whirlpool lovers until this company refused to take ownership for damages that they knew could/would occur. To say the least, we will be upgrading to a better company for our next home. Way to go whirlpool you just gave wolf a $60,000 purchase!
