I have never ever dealt with anyone like these people!! - the Whrilpool experience help line should - be 1-800- commit-suicide !!! I had a modest washer a number of things were wrong with but they did not happen all of the time! - I had no less than 8 service calls no one could find the problem! - so then I was told a couple of times about a replacement well they changed their tune about that! then I wanted to speak with someone higher up wouldn't/couldn't give me a number!! - now who is playing around!! so now I email Whrilpool no less than 30 times a day trying to get these problem solved!! - I was told to ask for a Mr. Tim K. - well I don't know if he even exists!!!??? - if I ran my company like they runs theirs - I would be out of business!! - so I would like Mr. T. K. to contact me!!!!
