Can I give rating in negative numbers? My 19 month old refrigerator has become a shiny ornament. It simply stopped chilling the food though the fan still runs. My fridge tech looked at it and told me there was nothing thast could be done. Absolute total garbage. The helpline told me I was also out of luck as the " generous" 1 year warranty period had elapsed.
