Whirlpool who owns Kitchen Aid has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Got a side by side built in fridge in May. The handle and freezer bins were damaged. It took almost 4 months to receive the parts. The first service person didn't know how to replace the handle so I had to wait for the next company to show. The freezer temperature kept changing but no one could explain this. Their manual doesn't mention anything and the help desk was clueless. Turns out to be normal which could have saved me lots of grief is someone at Whirlpool knew anything about their products.
