From C. Wright. For the last month I have had to pull hundreds of mushrooms from my front lawn on a regular basis. I live in Milton and left a detailed message with Weed A Way and the call was never returned. I called again and explained my situation to the lady and she said she'd get right back to me. Again never heard back from anyone. A week later I called a third time and the man basically said there is nothing they will do but send someone out to look. No one has been by as I continue to pull out mushrooms daily.
Very poor customer service!!

I there sorry you feel this way as we were badly effected with the Covid shut downs and as a small family run company we tried to accommodate and get back to everyone. Mushrooms are occurring naturally and they cause no harm to the lawn other then appearance. With wet conditions and heat the fungus is created and mushrooms will start to grow. They will die off over the winter and most likely will not bother you again in 2021. We do apply lime on all customers to help balance out the ph level in the soil to help with these or minimize situations.
Again sorry for the frustration in 2020 with respond time as we had to close multiple times.
