Response time is poor but corrected again

June 25 - Review update - I did finally get a call and a quick visit to correct my concerns - a right step - so I am happy again with their response/raised the star rating
June 23 - This company killed by vegetable garden a few years ago - for some reason I decided them give them a chance again over the last couple of years - grass is nice and green after it fertilized - not many weeds - thank you - but the request I made to spray weed killer in the play area has been ignored this year - no response to my emails - not sure whats going on here - but they need to respond in a timely fashion - thats what good customer service is all about.
