When i talked to the MANAGER regarding my order , he was making fun of me and my English, ( I was studied in U.K more than 10 years and i am a accountant as well)when i asked him about this matter,he started with F-- word and hung up the phone( from my name he knew i came from other country) In my life time i never seen this kind unprofessional manner in the business,

We would under no circumstances use profanity towards anyone, let alone a customer. Our staff is well trained and does not make fun of our customers. I am sorry you are unhappy with our company, but all phone calls are recorded and your statement is untrue.
