Called Victory Locks at 9:05 this morning and Tom arrived 35 minutes later. He was thorough, personable, professional. Identifying the problem as a completely broken lock, and explaining in detail why a new one should ideally be installed at a different location on the door, he had the job completed within the hour.
I do not hesitate to recommend this excellent company.
