I called Tom to rekey our recently purchased home. Our front door has an old mortise lock, the side door was a semi-modern double cylinder, and the garage had another older lock on it. We wanted to replace the double cylinder with a normal deadbolt, and have both the side and front door keyed the same, with a different key for the garage. None of this presented any problem for Tom, and he was done within an hour, and we had 5 keys to the house and 3 for the garage, just as we'd asked. Tom was pleasant, and answered all my annoying questions about locks and otherwise.
