The movers I dealt with from the Victoria and Nanaimo were the most disrespectful people I have ever met in my life. No respect for any of the neighbours, my elderly neighbour had to go around the building to get his groceries inside, because they blocked the ramp, but everyone else is the problem, not their god awful attitudes. The apartment manager had to get called on them to move their truck. They had minimal time but they had the time to fight with tenants about not blocking the ramp. Ridiculous.

They also left the truck unattended.

If you want movers that will not only harass your neighbours but also leave your stuff totally out in the open, go with these guys.

The really sad thing is I recommended these guys to a friend based on reviews before. Not making that mistake twice.

The one guy apparently turned out to be a nice dude but one nice dude in a group of total jerks doesn't really change my mind about the really rude guy. Just makes me wish the other guys learned by example.

Well, to start, I had no issues booking my move with this company. They were certainly more than happy to pick up the phone and answer emails when I was willing to provide them with business. Now that the dust has settled after our move, I cannot get a call back regarding the damage done to our townhouses and dining room table.

My husband and I hired this moving company to move us from Surrey to Langley. When the movers arrived last Friday, they did not bring floor runners or booties for their shoes. As it was raining and muddy outside, our carpets in both our old and new townhouse are heavily soiled. In moving our expensive dining room table purchased from Restoration Hardware, they snapped the leg on the table making it unusable. My husband and I both called and emailed multiple times on Friday after the movers left and we re-attempted yesterday. How on earth can this company not even acknowledge that they've received our messages? For goodness sake, they ruined our carpets and our table! We're talking thousands of dollars here.

Moving homes is stressful enough without having movers with no hearts. I do not and will not recommend this company to anyone. With both my husband and my extensive professional and social networks, we will be spreading the word that this company hires extremely incompetent movers and avoids paying claims at all costs. Shame on them.

This moving company came across as rude almost from the get go, when I spoke to a receptionist named Mary. I figured, hey, its not this rude Mary person moving me, and I had heard that they had decent gentlemen working for them, so I let the rudeness go. The estimate was barely done over the phone as the movers explained when they got to my house. I think the name was a guy named "Jessy" said it was a poor estimate and that my move would take longer without help. I was trying to be very clear on the phone, but I guess this is a usual problem for them, getting estimates that show 1 or 2 hour long jobs but in actuality were 8-12 hour jobs. I accepted as at this point I had almost no choice to find another mover. They packed all my stuff, put dents in my walls and laughed when they said its not covered. Then they snapped all four legs on my two dressers and snapped one leg off a table, that this guy told me they normally take off the legs, but this time didn't see it as necessary this time. They laughed as they said to each other, "60 cents a pound!" This was the worst experience ever. They have clearly declined in service and I would recommend you keep looking.

On time , very effected time management , pride in there work,friendly and personable during this streeful time of moving.The office staff right from booking were just as amazing. This is now the second time we have used this company and I was just as Pleased.I would recommend this company to anyone! You can tell they are mindful with whom they hire. Our guys Dustin and Dustin should be proud with the customer service and the client realtionships they build. You can say thank you... But tip for good service!

Never ever use this company. The movers are not responsible, no concept for time, late and never called us in advance. They are rude, and hung off on me. We scheduled a day for moving but he never showed up and made up a bunch of stories and blamed us changed the time at the first which we did not. Kent is the driver you should avoid for sure. They are definitely NOT trustworthy company for consider. Use them, will regret for sure!!

Do not use them! Did show up on time, but without proper supplies, (garment bags as ordered) Inconsiderate to both the house and our belongings, causing excessive damage to walls, doors and even breaking a lamp while unloading. When leaving, they mishandled the truck causing it to be lodged in our driveway (it is on an incline) for over an hour. When they finally did get freed, it damaged the pavement in the driveway removing at least a shovel full of pavement from the driveway. To top it off they drove away with our push broom we lent to them . No response from their office

I do not recommend this company to anyone. They were 3 hours late. They didn't call to let us know. After repeated phone calls, I finally talked to a driver 2 hours later. He blamed me for changing my moving day, in which I did not. It was the first and only appointment I had with them. I was told I would receive a discount for my inconvenience. I didn't get one. Instead, once my stuff was loaded on the truck, the manager called for payment and threatened to take my belongings to their shop unless I paid in full immediately. The guys were so slow that my sick husband ended up moving stuff to the truck. They constantly complained how tired they were. They led me to believe they had been working all day. But according to the very rude manager, Lillian, I was to be grateful that they showed up on their day off.

Avoid this company. We used them for a short move to a residence in Calgary. They showed up late, got lost on the way to the new address and blamed the GPS. They dropped and broke a glass china cabinet. Also broke a end table because of the driver was frustrated when he couldn't find the new address and drove too fast( admitted by one of the workers). When we went to the company with the wrecked items, they took no responsibility because we didn't pay extra for insurance. We will never use them again.

NEVER USE THESE GUYS! I ended up getting charged DOUBLE what I was quoted. I hired this company to pack up and move my one bedroom basment suite( that had next to no major furniture and half the stuff was already gone) because I was extremely sick and pregnant.

The two guys they sent came in smelling like pot. One guy made NO effort to do anything and spent a large chunk of the time smoking in the truck. I (being pregnant and very sick) ended up doing half the packing anyways. The packing that they DID do was not done well. No boxes were labeled. Once everything was moved into storage they were the ones to close the door and i went back the next day to get an item and saw that everything was thrown in there without any form of organization and i could not gain access to ANYTHING. Upon taking everything out of the unit to move to my new house I noticed a giant gauge over a foot long across the top of my $1500 dining table.

Calling the company was no help at all and no managers would return my consistant calls. THESE GUYS ARE NO GOOD!

We just moved from Gibbons, AB to Calgary, AB. The movers were so nice and respectful of our belongings. Nothing was broken (not anything that mattered anyways). But was extremely disappointed when our belongings didn't fit on their truck and they didn't have any way to get the rest to Calgary. We didn't even need to take our upstairs living room furniture or the basement furniture, yet they were told it's a 3 bedroom house with basement and shed. So my husband had to rent a UHaul and drive back to Gibbons (4 hour drive) and pack/clean (because we couldn't do it the day before with stuff still inside) and then he drove back to Calgary the same day. The movers labelled boxes very vague, but didn't even try putting them in the correct rooms let alone the correct floor. They were fast but not accurate. We were not offered any discount or compensation for the extra cost it would be for the rental, gas and extra day my husband was off work to go do this.
