Visited Mississauga store on recommendation of contractor on August 26, 2014. Purchased tub and shower fixtures. Took over a month to complete the order, I finally had to insist they deliver the missing part of the shower, as I had made so many trips to the store and this occurred on September 25.
On October 29, contractor went to install the faceplate on the shower and found the foam backing was missing and the plate was scratched.
Called the salesman who said it would be available on the Friday. Called him on Friday and was rudely told that the part wasn't in yet and he would call me when available for pickup. We are now over 2 weeks waiting for the part and have not heard a word from anybody.
I went on facebook and left my comments, as well as e-mailing them throught the contact us portion of their website and they have not even had the courtesy to acknowledge receipt of my e-mail.
I have read many of the negative comments on this site and note that TUBS say call us and they will fix everything.
Well, you know what, they can call me.
We are doing another bathroom next year and believe me, we will be going to a place where the clients are valued.
Always the blame goes to someone else, they never stand up, take the blame and come up with a solution.
They have had our money for almost 3 months now and have not fulfilled their contract with us.
