Plumbing review in

Hired their plumbing service for general repairs recently and had a terrible experience with them. The technician came late and tried to fix the problems at my home without proper inspection and operation, performed repairs totally out of time range with 3 or 4 trips on the day, and ended up even with a costly damage...
So the general repairs turned out a disaster which still continues...right on the next day, already got the problems left unfixed and tried to talk with them by making a complaint about the problems and damage, they don't want to take responsibility to resolve the issues and just keep asking me to pay a ridiculously expensive invoice, such a disappointing and frustrating service...
