We had Traditional Door build our beautiful custom wood door back in 2012. Last month, I noticed a couple of hinges were missing the bottom cap. I called Michael at Traditional Door and explained the issue. He immediately put replacement hinge caps in the mail and issue resolved!
I would highly recommend Traditional door to all my friends. Great product and great customer service.:)
