Total Appliance Centre

Scoped out a number of stores and found Tony at Total Appliance Centre in Mississauga. He was really nice, frank and honest. Gave us a great price. We needed a stove right away and he promised delivery in 2 days but would try to get it on the truck the next day. We were really happy to find he was able to get it delivered the next day to help us out. The delivery guys were really friendly and extremely careful and cautious as they moved the appliance through the house into the kitchen. They stayed and helped to unpack and level the unit and slid it into its spot. Also took away the boxing and old unit as well. Great sales and service. Thanks Tony and team!! We are really happy.

If you are looking for an "expert" appliance repair look to further than Chris at Total Appliance. I had a Viking fridge that was leaking, I spoke to Chris over the phone and described the problem, he was able to identify what was wrong and what needed to be done. He was able to come out the next day to repair it. Service was top notch, Chris is very knowledgeable, professional and truly an expert in "appliance repair". Thank you for the great service!

Tony, Bruce and crew outstanding. There are appliances and there good appliances and at Total you will get the best with no flak. You will get what you want no surprises. My previous purchases fron Total have lasted over 20 years because they sell good stuff. You will not be disappointed. Customer service is great like you are dealing with family. You've got try this place!

Total Appliance center in Missisauga takes your payment and does not deliver. When calling them SEVERAL TIMES after two months of not receiving your appliances no one is ever there to help you!!!!! When you ask for a refund you are told that you will have to pay a restocking fee even without any idea of when you will get your appliances. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A BIG SCRAM. I WILL BE CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AS WELL AS CTV TO TRY AND GET OUR MONEY BACK

Total Appliance was recommended to me by a friend; "Go see Shelly @ Total ..." By this time i was a little weary in my quest for a new washer and dryer: I had done my research , I knew what i needed, and what i could afford. Shelly was friendly, knowledgeable, and went the extra distance to ensure that everything was taken care of seamlessly from start to finish. To my delight this service continued once i had left the store; confirmation follow up call on her day off regarding a specific stacking kit I had requested; delivery confirmation call; delivery / installation was on time and the guy's were extremely friendly and competent. Thank you to Shelly & all the staff at Total Appliance, the next time I am in need of an appliance I know exactly where to go!

We went to every big box stores on every appliance sale event imaginable to find brand new appliances for our new home. I just happened to be looking at flyers and saw one for Total Appliance who happened to have a location (Pickering) out in my hood. The moment my family walked in, we were greeted by Bob. He is as courteous and knowledgeable as they come. He took the time to answer every question we had and made excellent recommendations from his extensive knowledge. He even provided a demo on how the induction ranges worked. He stayed with us an hour after they had already closed. We didn’t buy that day because we wanted him to go home but we came back the very next day to make our entire purchase with Bob. We bought Fridgidaire – French Door Fridge, Induction Range, Dishwasher and standing freezer; Electolux - Washer and Dryer; Vent A Hood – Range hood. We are very happy with all our appliances and our service with Total Appliance Centre and our fantastic customer service with Bob!

Total Appliances in Mississauga is a smaller retailer that offers personal service from the owner and they have their own delivery trucks. This means they are reliable and great to deal with. Sure the show room is not big and fancy like some of their bigger competitors, but they make up for it with personal service, reliable delivery, great pricing, and after sales service. They carry all the big brands. We bought Thermador Fridge, Freezer, Range Hood, and Bosch stove, cooktop, dishwasher, and U-Line bar fridge and are thrilled with the look and quality. The staff greeted me professionally and curteously. They were very thorough in their product knowledge and offered to price match the local mall competitor. The staff dispatched to perform the install were bang on. This item had a stainless steel surface and not one
scratch could be found albeit, a very snug fit between counter spaces.
Very impressed and will actually return to upgrade other appliances.

We purchased the nine appliances we required for our recent kitchen and laundry room renovations from Total Appliance (cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, warming drawer, washer and dryer). With Tony's help, we were able to select the best appliances to fit the style and scale of our new spaces and still remained within the budget we had decided upon. The size of the project meant that there were bound to be a couple of small glitches, and these were handled promptly with professionalism, courtesy and integrity. Our appliances were delivered on time by polite delivery personnel who expertly handled these large and expensive items. We are completely satisfied (elated might be a better word!) with our appliances and with the purchasing experience we had with Total Appliance - we would recommend them without hesitation.

I found them to be very great in every regard. They even offered free installation and the washer is just fantastic. The service and the time in which they delivered is top n otch and the price reflects the quality. Everything now fits and I'm very happy with TP.
