Where to begin about the outstanding work of TORWIN Windows & Doors ... this is my first review and I feel its necessary to recognize all of the TORWIN team for the great all around work. Initial visit from Jody, trips to the showroom to discuss options with Cassi (no small feat with all of our questions and changes), to the great install work done by Tom and his team ... they supported our investment in our home from start to finish, ultimately leaving us with a great look, great product and great experience!

We would highly recommend Torwin Windows & Doors! They took the time to help us choose the right door and window, responded promptly to all our questions, and did an excellent job installing our new garage door and a new custom rectangular second floor window.

Having hired Torwin to replace all our windows several years ago, we were very comfortable hiring them to update our exterior. We now have beautiful, new vinyl shutters and a sturdy steel garage side door. We received great service, installation and Torwin met our very short deadline!

From our initial contact with Ivana and Jody to the installation done by Tom and his team, our kitchen window replacement has been a success. We love our new windows - looking out to the trees in front, it is like a painting; almost feels like you are outside among the trees. So glad that my brother suggested seeking out the help of TorWin for this project.

We were doing a kitchen / first floor renovation and decided to replace the front and rear sliding door. We should have done it sooner. Torwin was recommended by our kitchen contractor. We visited the show room and spoke with Jody, who gave us great advice and directly. We received a quote quickly and placed the order, asking for a rush as other activities depended on the door installation (i.e. flooring, lighting, etc). Nick and Cassi kept in touch with us on the status of our order and arranged installation ahead of their stated dates. The installation crew was excellent and experienced doing a fantastic job. Overall we are very pleased with Torwin and would recommend them. Many people say 'trust us you'll be happy' but Torwin delivered.

Amazing job! We replaced all of our windows, our front doors and our patio door in summer 2018. It was a really big job and our experience with Torwin was amazing. Everyone we dealt with was excellent! From our initial inquiry, all through the sales process, the installation and during our inquiries after everything was complete.
