What a fantastic experience! We worked with Torwin to install a new front door, rear patio doors, and to convert an old double-door in the bedroom to a beautiful large window. This time we required our front/back door and garage window replaced!
They have amazing customer relations, Cassi guided us on our choice of colour, I was hesitant on breaking from tradition white, and went to a blue door to match our blue shingles, making the door a focal point, we love it! Their team of installers,( Tom and Adrian ) were hardworking , conscientious, and extremely clean workers! We were impressed!!!
We highly recommend them, they have a showroom of many door choices and include hardware !

We replaced all the windows in our home and the front entrance door. Everyone at Torwin was a pleasure to deal with, starting with Jody, Cassi, and Nick helping us choose everything and having the patience to deal with us and all our questions. From the excellent sales experience to the knowledge of their product made the decision simple. Their installation staff was courteous, clean and took pride in their workmanship. Only 1 door left to replace and they will be doing it when the time comes. I would definitely recommend Torwin.

We had Torwin replace all of our windows and doors and they did an incredibly job the first time. We then had another company come out and do our roof and they damaged our beautiful door that Torwin had recently installed. It was in pretty rough shape. Torwin, without hesitation, worked with the roofing company to get a brand new door installed in a quick and efficient matter and they ensured it was the exact same as the previous one. The expedited it and we could not be happier with the continuous incredible customer service. Exceptional!!!
