Duct Cleaning review in

Hired this company to clean my air ducts and I still noticed dust after the tech left. When I called them they said they would come back to redo my home. They haven't returned my calls or emails at http://pureairontario.ca/. Would not recommend them at all. No concept of customer service whatsoever. Please avoid at all costs. I thought I was getting a bargain but you get what you pay for.
I was contacted by their customer service rep in early January and was informed that they were closed for the holidays. I was immediately mailed out a cheque for the services I had initially paid for. I'm very happy with the resolution. They took responsibility for their tech's actions and reimbursed me in full.

- Return customer calls or actually pick up the phone. Learn the meaning of customer service.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Be vary of too good to be true rates. Ask for references and an actual company address.
