i called top line 2 book apointment and told them i need it done as soon as possible and they gave me apointment with in the same week. I was highly happy with the job done and the way they explain to me the package befor they started the work the men who came had alot of respect for my house and my belongings. i would highly recommend to everyone who wants there duct,A/C and furnace cleaing to use this company

We just moved into a new house and called Top Line to clean our ducts based on the reviews we had seen on Home Stars. We were quoted $200 dollars over the phone and an appointment was made. On the day, they called and said they running ahead of schedule and they would be there in an hour. They showed up when they said, and the "lead" guy was nice enough, explaining what they were going to do. They take high pressure air and blast the dirt from the ducts to a large vacuum hose hose hooked up to the furnace. After they had cleaned the ducts, the guy recommended a "deluxe furnace cleaning" for an additional $150.00 and a "air conditioning coil" cleaning for $90.00 more. I watched them clean the furnace and the air conditioning coil, and I felt it wasn't worth the money.

N.B. After reading our review, the manager of Top Line called us to discuss our review and find out what exactly our concerns were. He offered, without being asked, to refund us $240.00 for the cost of the air conditioning coil and furnace cleaning. He showed up the same night, and gave us cash, with an apology.

We hired TopLine to clean my ducts and air-conditioner. The cleaners arrived early. They explained what they were going to do. They also explained that our previous duct cleaning jobs (by some other companies) weren't conducted thoroughly.

After calling Shawn, he gave me an appointment the very next day. The two guys were professional and did a good job. I had previously done a duct cleaning few years ago but as Shawn pointed out that they had done a shoddy job as at that time the hose was only hooked up to the vent duct and not the air return ducts. So the air return was never cleaned.
Top Line cleaned the complete system including the furnace and Air conditioner coil.

My wife and I are in the final stages of our reno in Don Mills. We selected Top Line based largely on the reviews on this site and we weren't disappointed. The company sent the crew to our team at a time and date that worked best with our schedules (and the schedules of the other trades who were finishing up their work). In our case, this meant a Sunday morning time slot.

They showed up on time, they were courteous, and very thorough. I had them clean the air conditioning and furnace after an inspection found them to be very dirty (not surprising considering the reno). Though this was an added cost, I never felt that I was being pressured or 'upsold' for something that I didn't need. They also gave me tips on buying filters for my furnace as the previous owners had not installed them correctly - basic information, but, as a new home owner, I appreciated it.

Having dealt with a number of frustrating experiences with this reno, my dealings with Top Line were a welcome change. Quick, easy, high quality service. Based on our experiences, my parents will be using Top Line for their duct cleaning as well.

The Top Line duct cleaning crew arrived on-time and explained the process and payment. Cleaned each of the ducts and cold-air returns. They asked to confirm that there were no other ducts or cold-air returns that they may have missed. I appreciated this double-check. They completed the entire cleaning (with a smile) and offered numerous and convenient payment options. Top Line provided a good service.

We just bought a house and refinished our hardwood floors before we moved in, so we wanted to get the ducts cleaned. I called Top Line based on the reviews on this site and they were able to arrange for a technician to come over the same day I called. The gentlemen who came were courteous to run the vacuum hose through my basement window so as to avoid any chance of harming my hardwood floors. They first hooked up the hose to the outlet vent main, and then went through each outlet vent and blew heavy bursts of air in through the vent. They then went back to the basement and pushed all the dust and debris that had collected into the vacuum hose by drilling small access holes which they conveniently plugged. They did the same for the air intake vents, also noting that there were two independent feeds which needed to be done separately. I also had my furnace and air conditioning coils cleaned since it seems the previous owners had never done any cleaning whatsoever. The air feels much better now and I am very satisfied with the service.

they hook up 8" suction hose (vacuum hose) from the truck to the main air duct system, warm air duct furnace area, using the shortest possible route

they run air compressor hose from the truck to the furthest vent

they use high power vacuum,and start cleaning each vent individually belonging to the warm air duct with power of 300 PSI using air gun and snake hoses This blows all the dirt and debris down the pipes and into the main ductwork

they use access for air flush system in the main duct and clean all of the main supply ductwork by using an air snake and and various specialty devices.they blows all the dirt and debris back towards the vacuum.
then they completed the warm air duct system then they transfer the hose to the return duct system (cold air) and repeat the same procedures

After completion of cleaning the main duct system they cover all 8" access panels with aluminum plates and metal screws,with plastic plugs and im very happy with the job done and i recommend to every one to get ur duct cleaning from Top Line Duct CLeaning.

They were very careful inside the house and did a good job. No waiting for an appointment. I thought the final price of $420.00 was bit high given that we have a small house. On the other hand, they did provide professional and courteous service.
