Its rare today to find any honest excellent service professionals. I would recommend Charles and Tjs fireplace service to anyone. I called and let him know what was going on with it he asked some questions and told me what was likely. I had gotten a quote earlier but seemed high. Charles explained his pricing which is very reasonable and I booked him to come out. He quickly diagnosed and repaired (and even cleaned the fireplace) he even put in the glowing embers (which we have never had since buying the house in 2011) such a nice surprise! I have already send his contact number to my neighbours in case they need someone to repair their fireplaces. Thanks again Charles! You are my new gas guy!!

We contacted Charles to put in a new gas fireplace to replace our old wood burning which we had just taken out. Charles not only recommended a great fireplace, but got it installed quickly, efficiently and exactly the way we wanted all for a great price. The new fireplace he recommended is so efficient we are saving a bundle on hydro right now as it heats much of our house. Would go back to him for any of our gas line our fireplace needs in a heartbeat.

Terry is amazing! Love our new insert and can't wait to see the new mantle when it arrives. He is prompt and worked with us for timing of install and we are very pleased.
