We can't tell you how happy we are with The Window & Door Specialists. We just had a Beautiful Aluminum Canopy installed on our front porch. The quality of product and work is great! We needed our porch to have some shelter to give us some coverage from rain/snow, to enjoy sitting outdoors and of course for protection of our beautiful Double Doors which we had previously had done with the same company. I wish to thank The Window and Door Specialists and its installer for being "Professional" in every sense of the word. Right from the start of when the salesman came to my door, to signing the contract and seeing the finished product which was performed on time, showed this is a company I can recommend.

I was so impressed with the quality of service from this company. They were so patient with me and my many questions! I was given my quote within 24 hours and windows were installed so quickly once the process started. What an amazing job and the windows are stunning! I would never have believed before what a difference new windows could make to the overall presence of your home.

We had viewed replacing windows and doors as a necessary evil. However, we've very pleased and appreciative of the high quality and new more open look achieved, and also the quieting of outside noises. After doing plenty research, we used the Window and Door Specialist to open up the back wall of our kitchen and add French doors going to the outside.

Louis was able to replicate the distinctive look that we pointed out to him in a magazine and adapt it to the complexities of our specific job. We’re in an older house with uneven walls and a lot of character. We also needed the exterior of the door frame to work well with the existing siding we had on our house. He was able to navigate these complexities without a problem. The demolition and installation were quick and efficient. The installers were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and cleaned up after themselves.

The company was able to accomplish all this while providing the best dollar for value for reputation we could find based on our research and experience in dealing with other tradespersons. Their post-sale service is also above and beyond in terms of any follow-up questions we have had.

We just recently had all our windows replaced and our house looks amazing! Louis Radocchia, our window specialist was very helpful in helping us choose the right style of window casement that would best suit our home. The windows were delivered on time and in two days I had a total "home facelift". Louis is a nice owner, but nice doesn't mean anything when there are screw-up in he installation. The $9000 front door quality is good. But the installers screwed up by putting a screw through the side panel (attached). It created a hole in the front door. Either the screw is too long, or simply a installation carelessness. Either way, If they call themselves specialists, they better be the experts. I don't see it here. This hole will create water issues. It is not a prefect door now. They did not hook up the alarm system for the door. The trim around round the door was not painted. Door bell installation was installed in a sloppy way.
