New enclosure/inserts and door storm door
The customer services received from this company is terrible. It took 3 months longer than the promised date and would never return calls when they promised to.
The initial installer did not know what they were doing and did a terrible job. I had other people review their work and they agreed it was done unsecurely and unprofessional. After a length discussion they promised to replace all the parts that were damaged due to the terrible installation. Not all the parts were replaced as promised.

We had one situation where we installed a storm door. It turned out that the frame from the builder was hollow so the frame cracked when a screw was put through it. Even though this was a builder quality issue we repaired the cracked section and reinforced the storm hinge. This apparantley was unsatisfactory to the homeowner. We suggested she contact her Builder and them why her door frame is hollow.
