Upholstery of couch and loveseat
Gluing and upholstry of dining room chairs
To Mr. Collins: I find your post very troubling. Please, contact me explaining why your experience was so unenjoyable. I can be reached at 905.794.2074 x 250.
With that said, I’m left a little confused by your post because you have not yet received your furniture. According to our records we were scheduled to deliver your furniture twice. On the first occasion we mutually agreed to reschedule and on the second we arrived at your home but were unable to deliver because you failed to provide payment of the balance. I took a peek at your chairs -- they look great! -- we'd love to have them delivered to you and Mrs. Collins.

refinish dining table, games table, bookcase
To Hamiltonians: It must be noted many months before lodging this complaint The Master Craftsman refinished your games table a second time – after we received final payment in full. I say a second time because it wasn’t until after we completed the table the first time that you made it known your desire to have this item match another in your home. We refinished the table again despite your failure to mention this at the time the work order was written. Your other complaints were justified and were looked after accordingly. All items were redelivered in February, 2009. Nothing was heard from you until this posting was made on May 30. We pride ourselves on our customer service and an attempt to look after your concerns would be welcomed.

chair refinish and leather upholstery, table refinish
To Paul: After investigating this situation in great length with our production team I am unsure what The Master Craftsman could have done differently. Originally, The Master Craftsman refinished your table and leafs to match your chairs. You felt the colour did not match. Although, this was debatable we offered to refinish the table and leafs again – no questions asked – in an effort to please a valued customer. Before proceeding we decided to create a sample of the stain and shine you envisioned for your table. The sample was created, you and your wife viewed it and approved it. All other items were completed to match the sample. Upon second delivery, a new issue was raised. You did not “like” the naturally occurring highlights, although, these are inherent to your table and were part of the sample. This confounded the production team and the owner. We offered to refinish your items a THIRD time, at cost. You refused, somehow believing we were at fault for refinishing your items to match a sample you approved and admitted did match the sample you designed. It is no surprise the second refinisher had little trouble pleasing you. It was inevitable after the amount of counselling and trouble shooting The Master Craftsman did for you and your wife. We understand that regardless of how far we go to please all of our valued customers, a minority of such cannot be satisfied despite numerous attempts to do so. Thank you
