Locks & Locksmiths review in Old Toronto

For peace of mind, I wanted to get my locks re-keyed to a new suite key and the master key. The Locksmithers was suggested to me, and even after comparison shopping, they were by far the cheapest. I noticed no compromise in service as Francois remained kind and professional throughout the entire visit, informing me of what he was doing throughout, as well as tips and tricks for maintaining a good lock. Overall, his rate and service was more than I expected and would recommend him as well to others.

What could this company do to improve their services?: Calling ahead before arrival is always a good thing, especially when the schedule is flexible depending on how other jobs are going.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: Changing and re-keying locks is always a good thing, if for none else, peace of mind. Lubrication and maintenance, as well as due diligence in shopping and asking key questions before hiring a locksmith is recommended as well.
