Joe The Appliance Guy

Joe has repaired both my range and my dishwasher (on different occasions). He is very courteous and knowledgable.
Repairs were done on the same day as the service call (he had the needed parts on hand) and he is fairly priced.
I have recommended him to friends and clients.

We have a beautiful 3 year old KitchenAid Fridge which we love however the freezer started causing problems and leaking; flooding our floor. My husband sourced Joe today and within an hour of our call, Joe came by and remedied the problem on the spot. Joe was fast, friendly, resourceful, knowledgeable and his price was very, very reasonable. After this first experience we will be calling him again if/when we need another appliance repaired.

When my washing machine suddenly stopped draining water, I took to the internet to try and find a solution to the problem. Having figured out what was the likely issue, I went about trying to find somebody to help me. The first people I approached were not very helpful, quoted me an obscene price, and had me questioning whether or not it was worth it to repair my machine, or simply shell out money for a new one.

Then I found Joe's company online, and I am so glad I did! What an amazing man! Joe was very courteous, and very quick in responding to my phone call. He knew right away what the problem was with my machine, and very quickly set up a time to come by and take a look. He was incredibly punctual for the appointment, and polite throughout. He had the necessary part with him, the repair took minutes, and in addition to doing a fantastic job, Joe gave me advice on the care and maintenance of my dryer as well. His price was incredibly fair, and I'm so glad I didn't decide to throw out my machine.

Overall, I can't say how happy I am that I found Joe's company. I will not hesitate to use him for whatever else comes up with my appliances. He's an incredibly honest person, and I will absolutely, 100% refer everyone I know to him.

returned from a recent trip to find that my dryer wasn't working (no heat). Called Joe in the morning and he returned my call within the hour providing two possible dates that he could be here to look at the issue (that day or 2 days later). He told me he would call me back within 30 minutes with a definitive date and within 30 minutes he called to say he was on his way over. Fixed the issue in an hour, but prior to that, after doing some diagnostic work, he informed me of a ballpark price for the repair. Great service, will definitely call Joe again when I have issues with other appliances.

Joe, the owner, responded immediately and was at our home within an hour to assess our broken refrigerator. He gave me great advice, which was that he could fix the compressor, but because parts alone were $500+ it's not worth it. Better to replace it. He even gave me helpful tips on which fridges to buy (and to not buy) and how to maintain and clean our dishwasher. I'd recommend Joe to anyone without hesitation because he's a true professional!

I had an overheating dryer and called Joe. He fit me in his schedule the next day and fixed the issue in minutes. He is punctual, knowledgeable and reliable. This was almost 2 years ago and they dryer is still working well.

Discovering that my refridgerator was not working this morning was upsetting, and when I called The Appliance Guy (Joe), I was calmly reassured that he would be able to repair it and placed me first on his list of calls for the day. He was punctual, courteous, and professional. He competently replaced a part and had my fridge running within half an hour. I would not hesitate to call him for any appliance repair and will highly recommend him to my family and friends. Thanks again, Joe.

Joe was professional and is obviously dedicated to his job. Be careful about another company out there with a similar name. If it's not "The Appliance Guy", it's the wrong guy. Joe took extra effort to fit us in before his vacation began, and when he was here he gave us practical advice about our problem without trying to sell us an expensive fix that may not have repaired the problem in the end. I highly recommend him.

I had a washer that was no longer agitating and found Joe after reading reviews on this site. I am glad that I gave him a call. I almost booked a weekend appointment with a company using a similar name, but thankfully did some last minute research and decided not to (make sure you check for yourself if you are considering.) Joe is experienced, very friendly, and efficient. After quickly diagnosing the issue, he was able to replace a broken part with a new one that he had with him onsite, and the washer was up and running in less than an hour. I do not usually write these type of reviews, but felt compelled to after this positive experience, in particular after reading some of the poor experiences that people have had with other vendors.

We thought we might have to buy a new refrigerator, but Joe solved the problem and it runs better than ever. He replied quickly and courteously and was very friendly and helpful. I'd trust his advice on any appliance repairs I have to make in the future.
