Joe The Appliance Guy

I was having some issues with my freezer having large sheets of ice from a leak somewhere, I wrote in an email message to Joe at 8:55am (on Thirsday)and he called me back within 10 minutes and set up a time to come that same day. Since Joe came everything has worked great! Don't hesitate to call Joe if you need appliance repairs. He's fast, friendly, priced reasonably and most importantly reliable and gives great service!

Joe is simply the best person for appliance repairs. Fast. Very helpful. And very reliable. He has repaired several appliances and every time it has been a perfect experience. I would recommend him for any appliance repair in your home.

He called back promptly and rather than sound like a disinterested service guy, I felt the exact opposite...like he was a member of my repair team...on my side to figure out the repair steps needed to get the oven back to full function. Joe came the same day I called. He quickly diagnosed the problem and did thorough testing, just to make sure. He had the right part with him. (I was expecting it to be a fuse but it was the ignition switch). He fixed it. He was fast, clean, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him.

My dryer gave out on me and I contacted Joe. He came out to see me the same day and did a fantastic job with the dryer and went so far as to educate me on what went wrong. I had used someone before to fix my dryer and feel they did not do an adequate job. Joe was fantastic. Got me a brand new part, which he had stocked in his van and took his time to make sure his work was perfect. He went out of his way to check my vent to make sure they dryer was drying properly and even cleaned it out for me. I HIGHLY recommend Joe to anyone who is looking for a repairman for their appliances. As my appliances get older, you can guarantee I will not call anyone but Joe.

We called Joe to set up an appointment for a problem with our refrigerator. He arrived on time and the issue was explained and repaired quickly. We found Joe to be honest and professional and we would definitely call him again for future appliance issues.

Top-notch honesty and integrity. He went far out of his way to look at our fridge and dryer. Did a minor repair on the fridge and advised us to just replace the dryer rather than repair it. He didn't even charge for his time or the minor repair.
