Joe The Appliance Guy

I found Joe here on homestar called and he came that same morning to fix the dryer. It needed two parts that he had on him and he checked everything before he left.
Make sure you get The Appliance Guy, not The appliance repair guys. I highly recommend Joe, he knows what he's doing, he's informative and he's a nice guy too.

Joe came by the very next day after I phoned him and fixed both my washing machine and gas dryer for one service fee. He had all the parts with him and didn't need to waste any time ordering them in, so everything was fixed in just over an hour. He checked both to make sure they were working properly, and even told us the history behind each brand. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and gave us a fair price. Very highly recommended!

Jo is wonderful. He fixed my dishwasher by soldering a burnt out circuit instead of ordering a new part which would have been a $400 repair. He said no one would do this type of repair work anymore except for him and I am sure this is true. He saved me a lot of money and was so courteous and helpful. Last December he absolutely went out of us way to fix my broken oven door on very short notice two days before Christmas! I feel so lucky to have found Jo. He is the real thing.

Washer rinse and spin dry cycles no longer worked. Joe was knowledgeable. He arrived with the correct part based on problems communicated to him by phone. He arrived on time, was clean, quick and informative. Would recommend him to anyone.

Our dryer was not heating up. Called Joe and he did not waste any time detecting the issue and had the replacement parts with him. Courteous, fast and experienced. I would recommend him and continue to call him for future repairs.

Joe to the rescue. He found the Root cause, the most Important thing in a service repair call. Fixed the Thermostat and fridge is working again.
