Joe came to fix our screeching dryer, after having fixed our washing machine several months ago and helping to troubleshoot our oven a couple years ago.

He was able to come out very promptly, and arrived in the window of time he told me (and kept me updated on his expected arrival time beforehand). He was able to immediately identify the problem and fix it quickly. Would absolutely recommend Joe to anyone!

Joe is the best! He repaired my fridge 3 years ago. This time he suggested another tech who had the right equipment for the current job. He spent time explaining potential issues even though he was not doing the work. Joe is a real human being.

Joe was quick to respond to repair our washer. He identified the problem and was able to make the necessary repairs immediately. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We have used Joe's services several times and he is very reliable.

My dryer took hours to dry my clothes, left a message and Joe returned my call early morning. He showed up the same day! He was very thorough and checked the vents for any clogs before checking the dryer. The vents and the ducts were very clogged up and he helped me clean them out. I didn't realize the condensation made the lint very compact and dense (like mud). With the duct and vents cleaned out the air flow was so much better. Joe even used a vacuum to clean out some clogs inside the dryer.
Now when I dry my clothes it doesn't take long. I'm very happy with Joe's service and I will call him again if my appliances need repair.

It seemed that our dishwasher started to leak and the water and soap would go all over the kitchen floor. Luckily Joe was available the very next morning. After a quick estimate of the problem he told us that it was a n easy fix and the needed part was with him in the car. We were so grateful for the quick service that we decided to go ahead and have it fixed on the spot. About an hour later our dishwasher was working just like brand new. This is a great company and very pleasant people.

I called Joe early in the morning about my screeching dryer and he came by the same day. He explained what was wrong with the dryer and tried hard to fix it in the fastest, most reliable way. He is amazing and has done numerous repairs on various appliances for me over the years and is always reliable and trustworthy.

My 15-year-old refrigerator (Frigidaire) stopped cooling yesterday, although the freezer section was working fine. I left a message for Joe and he called me back about 4 hours later. He was able to schedule an appointment for today. This morning the refrigerator seemed to be working fine but I wanted it checked out anyway. When Joe arrived and opened the refrigerator door, he said he knew immediately what the problem was from the way it sounded inside. It was the timer which was not regulating the defrost cycle. He had a new timer in his truck and replaced the old one with it. He did this in less than an hour in an efficient and pleasant manner. Although I hope not to have other appliance problems, I would definitely call him if I did!

My dryer stopped working very suddenly and it seemed that a repair might be a better idea than a replacement. I emailed Joe and he called me back the same day and agreed it was worthwhile to check it out and hopefully fix it. He came over a few hours later and fixed the machine very quickly (as he had the necessary part with him) and then proceeded to clean the outside lint filter as I don't think this had been done in years. The repair cost was far less expensive than buying a new dryer and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was very professional and thorough, and most importantly he called back and did the repair the same day. I had left 2 messages with other repair people, and I still haven't heard back from them. I would definitely call Joe again with any appliance issues!

Our freezer was working, our frig section was not. After trying to fix it myself by deicing and making sure the drain wasn't iced up I called Joe as I knew it was out of my scope as a DIY repair. Joe juggled some appointments and came the same day. It was an expensive repair part (circuit board replacement) but I have total confidence that it was what was needed. It was very obvious that Joe takes tremendous pride in his work as he was super thorough but efficient.

Joe was prompt in returning my call and scheduling a time the next day to come check out my dishwasher. While on site he completed the repair quickly and efficiently while keeping the cost as low as could be expected. Joe explained everything to me each step of the way and was extremely polite and professional. I have used Joe before to repair my dryer and won't hesitate to call him again. I wholeheartedly recommend him should you require a repair person for any major appliance.
