My 15-year-old refrigerator (Frigidaire) stopped cooling yesterday, although the freezer section was working fine. I left a message for Joe and he called me back about 4 hours later. He was able to schedule an appointment for today. This morning the refrigerator seemed to be working fine but I wanted it checked out anyway. When Joe arrived and opened the refrigerator door, he said he knew immediately what the problem was from the way it sounded inside. It was the timer which was not regulating the defrost cycle. He had a new timer in his truck and replaced the old one with it. He did this in less than an hour in an efficient and pleasant manner. Although I hope not to have other appliance problems, I would definitely call him if I did!
